      Hi Kate, Huan-Yu and Sophie,

      I absolutely love all animals, big or small, fluffy or scaly. I just love them.

      My favourite animals are dogs, they are fun, loyal, affectionate and so caring. I have 2 dogs, a Labrador springer spaniel cross called Isla and a Shih Tzu called Wicket (like the Ewok from Star Wars).

      Isla is a really silly girl that will eat anything, including her toys! One time she ate a toy and it got stuck in her tummy and she had to have an operation at the vets. She’s all better now though.

      Wicket is very independent, he’s actually a little bit like a cat. He sits by himself but will come to you if he is in the mood for cuddles.

      My favourite “non pet” animal has to be an axolotl, did you know that they can re-grow parts of their body? Even an entire arm or leg? That’s incredible! They’re also really cute, give them a wee google.

      At the moment I am really into squids and octopuses because they are amazingly good at camouflage and changing their body shape. Check out this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JSq8nghQZqA …Isn’t that just totally ridiculous that it can do that?
