Question: Is Salt water good for you?

Great question!

salt water isn’t good for you, that’s why if you are stranded at sea with no water you shouldn’t drink the sea water. The reason is because human kidneys can only make pee that is less salty than salt water.so, to get rid of all of the extra salt in your body from the saltwater, you have to pee more water than you actually drank. Eventually, you would die of dehydration if you kept drinking salt water.
