I make mistakes EVERY SINGLE DAY. The reason is because science is very tricky! (But it wouldn’t be as fun otherwise would it?)

Thankfully, most of the mistakes I make are not big ones and in science we are very careful about checking our answers over and over again. (Then when we’re confident we corrected all the mistakes, we get other scientists to check our work for us yet again!)

      Hi!

I make mistakes sometimes but it’s normally because I’m not paying attention when I’m doing something I do a lot. Kind of like putting milk in the cupboard instead of the fridge when you are making cereal. It’s the same sort of thing at work, I’ll maybe add too much of a chemical to something or forget to put something in the freezer. BUT everyone makes little mistakes sometimes and it’s not the end of the world.

I also have to think up different ways to do experiments and a lot of the time the first, second…and sometimes third, fourth and fifth ways don’t work. They’re not really mistakes but they certainly have gone a bit wrong, these are helpful though because each time it happens you learn a little bit more about what does and doesn’t work.

      Senga 🙂
